At Smarteight, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order provided:
• Product is unused
• Product remains in original packaging
• All accessories, manuals, and tags are included
• Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Used or damaged products not caused by delivery
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Clearance or promotional items unless defective
• Products restricted for hygiene or health reasons
Refunds
Returned items will be inspected after receipt.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method where possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Supporting photos
Shipping Charges
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error occurred on our side.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
